Justin DuBose, Ph.D. is the Founder & President of Communicate To Care, Inc., an educational 501(c)3 organization which provides leadership development for organizations[1] and provides ESL classes in Harris County, TX[2]. DuBose hosts The Leading Lounge podcast[3] and is also a military chaplain[4], author[5], university professor, and an ordained minister with the Christian & Missionary Alliance[6].
