== COVID-19 & Education in the New Normal == |
With the mission to incorporate innovation in management education, Globsyn Business School started its journey in 2002. The B-School has been working relentlessly to stand true to its mission. And it exhibited a similar spirit in post-[[COVID-19]] when everything was viewed through the lens of the “''new normal''<ref>{{cite web |title=Life before and after COVID-19: The ‘New Normal’ Benefits the Regularity of Daily Sleep and Eating Routines among College Students |url=https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC8777903/ |website=National Center for Biotechnology Information}}</ref>.” |
The new normal saw a transition from offline to online education. Although nothing can replace classroom education, GBS made learning increasingly self-paced and immersive by transitioning from a ‘Brick Model’ to a ‘Click Model.’ It accomplished this by establishing a hybrid mode.' The B-School has established Hybrid Learning Classrooms (HLC), which have aided in personalized education by combining the flexibility of remote learning with the consistency of in-class instruction. |
