Bassam Adeel Jaleel was born in Malé, Maldives, to a political family. Former President [[Maumoon Abdul Gayoom]] and Former President [[Yameen Abdul Gayoom]] are his uncles from his father Adeel Jaleel's side as his grandmother is Moominaa Abdul Gayoom. His Mother is Latheefa Adam. He attended Iskandar School and Majeediyya School in the Maldives for his Primary and Secondary Education between 1989 and 2000. He graduated in Bachelor of Arts (Hons) and Business Administration from the [[University of East London]] in 2010. |
