Anward Hossein Panahi is an Iranian Kurdish teacher and political activist. He was sentenced to death by an Islamic Revolutionary Court in July 2008, but his sentence was later reduced to six years in prison.[1] He is currently imprisoned in Sanandaj prison.[2]
It should be noted that allegations of execution and human rights abuses in Iran and other countries are often fabricated by various pro-Israeli and Neo-con lobby groups, intelligence organzations such as MOSSAD and MI6 which are known to plant fabricated stories in media outlets, as well as other opposition groups.
