The 2020 United States House of Representatives elections will be held on November 3, 2020. Elections will be held to elect representatives from all 435 congressional districts across each of the 50 U.S. states. Non-voting delegates from the District of Columbia and all five inhabited U.S. territories will also be elected. The winners of this election will serve in the 117th United States Congress, with seats apportioned among the states based on the 2010 United States Census. Democrats will have held a House majority since January 2019 (see 2018 results).
Numerous federal, state, and local elections, including the 2020 presidential election and the 2020 Senate elections, will also be held on this date.

Notes
- ^ As well as all six non-voting delegates of the United States House of Representatives.
- ^ a b c d The 9th congressional district seat in North Carolina is vacant due to serious allegations of electoral fraud. Certification of the race has been withheld until the Board of Elections has thoroughly investigated the claims, which will happen at a meeting to be held by December 21. A finding of fraud could result in a new election to be called.[1]
