The [[Taal Volcano]] erupted on January 12, 2020 with the Alert Level of [[Philippine Institute of Volcanology and Seismology|the Philippine Institute of Volcanology and Seismology]] escalating from Alert Level 2 to Alert Level 3 at evening PHL standard time (PST).
