- If the rights granted it will help me in fighting vandalism with an iron fist. I regularly check for vandalism in new pages and also am a new page patroller. If I get the rights I promise to use the rights appropriately for the general good of Wikipedia and will not misuse the given rights. Moreover I have no past record of indulging in vandalism. - Jayadevp13 (talk) 08:36, 20 March 2013 (UTC)

- I've been looking for and undoing vandalized edits for a short while, but I have ran into edits that may or may not be vandalized edits. I promise to be careful when using rollback Seqqis (talk) 03:41, 23 March 2013 (UTC)

- I come across obvious vandalism on Wikipedia almost every day. Rollback feature can come in handy to help prevent obvious vandalism. I fully understand the circumstances under which I may use the rollback feature. I know I can't use it for reverting changes made in good faith since I need to provide an edit summary for reverting such changes. I'll use it only to revert edits that clearly show blatant vandalism, like blanking out parts of or a complete mainspace article or adding clearly false information. I know I can also use it for correcting my own mistakes. I will make sure I don't use it to revert any edits that are not done for the sake of apparent vandalism. I will take my time to revert such edits the usual way, providing an appropriate edit summary. smtchahal 10:28, 25 March 2013 (UTC)

- (Non-administrator comment) Not to be harsh or anything, but if I recall correctly, you were told to wait a few months after your last request failed just a couple weeks ago. TCN7JM 20:56, 25 March 2013 (UTC)
- Thanks for your opinion. Actually they suggest me to follow wiki rules properly and not to be very harsh to others. If you see my edits of past few days, you can see I'm trying to follow their suggestion. Moreover I'm working on few articles, where vandals are attacking frequently. It very time consuming for me to revert them manually. That's why I'm applying again for Rollbacking permission. I have more than 700 edits on wikipedia and I think you could not fiend any of them destructive to wikipedia.--FreemesM (talk) 04:58, 26 March 2013 (UTC)

- Not done Lack of vandal reverts, and edit summaries of "If you put these crap again, you will be reported." don't inspire confidence that the candidate will use it correctly. --Rschen7754 20:45, 26 March 2013 (UTC)

- Rollback would help me greatly in patrolling new and short pages. I commonly run across short pages where a user made vandalizing edits and then blanked the page. Rollback would help me in reverting this kind of vandalism. Although this account is new and somewhat inexperienced, this is a fresh start account of a much more experienced user. And even with this 25 day old account, I have made over 250 edits and tagged over 65 pages for speedy deletion, citing an example of willingness to fight vandalism. Furthermore, I have always wanted to try Huggle and STiki as alternatives to Twinkle, and that requires rollback. Lastly, I would never vandalize Wikipedia and promise to be a careful rollbacker. - I request permission to use the rollback feature. I frequently use the STiki tool to monitor edits, and I occasionally find a user that has a history of spam or blatant vandalism. When that happens, being able to easily rollback the appropriate edits would save me time. I feel that I have a good sense of the difference between spam/vandalism and good faith edits. --Posted by Pikamander2 (Talk) at 19:59, 25 March 2013 (UTC)
