Are you here to solely upload an image? Please make the request at WP:Files for upload If that is your only reason for requesting to be confirmed, it will probably be declined.
I have created a new acocunt, richdav, after working up a new entry in the area of Russian literature - text, with one photo. Is there any way to accelerate the approval of my account so as to allow me to get this new page up? I can provide whatever additional credentials you may need as you consider this request. I can also send along the entry, if you wish or prefer. Richdav (talk) 14:33, 13 March 2013 (UTC)[reply]
Hello, I've edited Wikipedia for some time using my IP adress (195.169.209.53) and recently joined in order to edit a semi-protected page. Is there a way that I might be auto-confirmed right away instead of having to wait the 4 days? Colleabois (talk) 17:24, 16 March 2013 (UTC)[reply]
Dear Administrator, I would like to upload copyrighted photos of yoga asanas, to create several pages of their detailed descriptions and also edit the existing pages which have inappropriate information and incorrect photos of yoga asanas because a lot of pages have mistakes in poses and yoga practitioners may harm themselves. Please, make me a confirmed user to help make Wikipedia yoga pages much better. Thank you. Kennguru (talk) 18:54, 17 March 2013 (UTC)[reply]
Not done - Hi, and thank you for creating an account to edit Wikipedia. Although I fully understand your desire to dive right in, many of our articles are semi-protected because they are controversial, prone to vandalism, or other reasons. As a new editor with few edits, it might be wise to discuss your edits on the article talkpage in order to gain consensus for your edits, and then use {{Edit semi-protected}} to request the edit be performed. I only recommend this until you're used to the challenges of reliable sources, the biographies of living persons policy, and other similar policies. The good news is that fewer than 5% of Wikipedia articles are protected; this means that 95% of the articles can use your help right now! (✉→BWilkins←✎) 19:16, 17 March 2013 (UTC)[reply]
Reason for requesting confirmed rights: Some pages, like G-Dragon , have old pictures. I purpose is to update these pictures and make them a bit more recent. Yasumii (talk) 00:01, 18 March 2013 (UTC)[reply]
I am doing a school project in which i edit and elaborate an already existing wiki page. I have written a substancial amount on Tokali Kilise and think it would be appropriate to have its own page. C.gartner88 (talk) 00:34, 18 March 2013 (UTC)[reply]
Question: What article are you trying to edit? You've stated you need to edit an already existing article but want to add a new one; which is it? A few more edits and you'll be autoconfirmed anyway. I need to upload semi-protected and copyrighted files to an existing charitable organization wikipedia page, acting as a direct agent of that organization. I can provide any documentation necessary. KidsNeedToRead (talk) 20:35, 18 March 2013 (UTC)[reply]

I have just tried to update the page on the tammar wallaby and add a photo. I have held a wikipedia account for years and have previously edited and uploaded images, but for some reason I am being classed as not confirmed this time GeoffShaw (talk) 09:06, 19 March 2013 (UTC)[reply]
