- The result of the discussion was Retarget to X-ray computed tomography. Thryduulf (talk) 10:49, 9 April 2011 (UTC)
- catSCAN → Transformers:_Universe (links to redirect • history • stats)
Discuss whether an obscure transformers character should have the place of a likely mis-spelling of a major medical procedure.
- The link in the Transformers article is to CatSCAN#2002_toys. The link to the medical procedure is catscan (also CAT scan). Very confusing for a searcher, and there are no redirect hatnotes for disambiguation. Ocaasi c 22:08, 8 April 2011 (UTC)
- Retarget to computed tomography, as a reasonable typo for CATscan (one of the alt spellings for CT scan/CAT scan) typo would be the result of CAPSlock errors. 65.93.12.101 (talk) 04:41, 9 April 2011 (UTC)
- Done I redirected catSCAN to X-ray computed tomography, and directed catSCAN_(Transformers) to Transformers:_Universe. Ocaasi c 05:41, 9 April 2011 (UTC)
- I've added a hatnote at X-ray computed tomography linking to the Transformers: Universe page so people looking for the latter are not lost. Thryduulf (talk) 10:49, 9 April 2011 (UTC)
Wewe

- The result of the discussion was Wiktionary soft-redirect. -- JLaTondre (talk) 13:47, 30 April 2011 (UTC)
- Wewe → Karl Pilkington (links to redirect • history • stats)
I think this redirect should be deleted because this term is not specifically related to Karl Pilkington of the Ricky Gervais Show. It was just a term he found in a magazine or something, brought up just once in one of their Podcasts, not even sure it is an actual term or word. Either way it is not notably associated with him or his career and any notable association with the word is not mentioned in his article page. 174.50.69.8 (talk) 16:58, 8 April 2011 (UTC)
- Soft-redirect to Wiktionary. The page started as a mere dictionary definition. It was overwritten as a redirect to a person who used the word, then changed to a different person using the word but neither uses the word in any especially significant way or is especially closely associated with it. The notability of the word as an English word is debatable. The editors at Wiktionary have much better tools and processes to evaluate that question than we do. And they have rejected it several times. There is a legitimate different definition for "wewe" (Swahili for you), though and I think that's sufficient to justify the soft-redirect. The soft-redirect will also preempt the recreation of the inappropriate content here. Rossami (talk) 21:10, 8 April 2011 (UTC)

- Shamika Brown → India (pornographic actress) (links to redirect • history • stats)
Currently the redirect real name is uncited. Issue was reported to the BLP noticeboard here. Off2riorob (talk) 16:17, 8 April 2011 (UTC)
- Delete. I couldn't find any reliable sourcing for the "real name." Hullaballoo Wolfowitz (talk) 20:38, 8 April 2011 (UTC)
