Not notable in his own right. He is a courtesy Earl but there is no certainty that he will become a Duke and we should cross that bridge when we come to it. - Delete. Minor nobility (even earls and dukes) are not automatically notable. They need to do something noteworthy. In this case he's not even an earl -- it's just a courtesy title. Athel cb (talk) 09:09, 27 June 2021 (UTC)

- Delete While the Who's Who mentioned above can be considered a reliable source in some cases, which is not the case for the other Who's Who, just being mentioned in a reliable source does not give notability. The actual guidelines calls for multiple, mentions in reliable sources that are significant.
