Not finding coverage to qualify an article as per WP:V and WP:BASIC. Sources found include Wikipedia mirrors (e.g. [1]), a passing mention of a major general of the same name ([2]), and other sources that appear to be about a different subject (e.g. [3]). North America1000 05:18, 27 June 2015 (UTC)

- Keep: He is the Major General. Major Generals should be notable. Needs improvement, but is notable. Other sources :([5], [6], [7] , [8] ) Vinegarymass911 (talk) 00:20, 28 June 2015 (UTC)

- Keep The article needs considerable work, but the subject is notable. It isn't obvious to readers unfamiliar with Bangladesh, but "he was elected as lawmaker from the Jatiya Sangsad constituency ..." means he was an elected Member of Parliament. So he meets WP:POLITICIAN. I also agree with Vinegarymass911 and Hawkeye7 that he meets WP:SOLDIER - specifically points #3 and #4, and arguably #1. All of this is supported by: Hossain, Abu Md. Delwar (2012). "Rob, Major General MA". In Islam, Sirajul; Jamal, Ahmed A. (eds.). Banglapedia: National Encyclopedia of Bangladesh (Second ed.). Asiatic Society of Bangladesh.. - Keep I think this person is notable thats why article is survived for 3 years. Moreover I appreciate admin NorthAmerica1000 for not deleting page directly despite being an admin and he nominated it for deletion. But one should also note that he is doing it on request of another user Farzana zardari. I think she should defend deletion here.User talk:Northamerica1000#I have found another lame page. --Human3015 knock knock • 09:25, 29 June 2015 (UTC)
- Keep - per WP:SOLDIER, former Major General of Bangladesh Army, received Bir Uuttam the second highest gallantry award of Bangladesh. --Zayeem (talk) 11:45, 29 June 2015 (UTC)
