Just 2-3 minutes after I created this, you put up the caveat.
Technically, the caveat is correct - but this is the last listing straight from the NY Fed, and I'd think that they'd keep up this info on the web pretty well.
BTW - feel free to help track down all the links in wikipedia

This definition is incorrect. Other countries have Primary Dealers also and not just the US.[reply]
