Who Do You Think You Are? is a BBC television documentary series, made by Wall to Wall that started in 2004. In each episode, a celebrity goes on a journey, in order to try and trace their family tree. The fourth series of seven episodes started on 6 September 2007.[1]
Episodes
The first two series were broadcast on BBC Two, and the first series was the highest-rating programme of 2004 on BBC Two. Due to the show's popularity, from the third series onwards episodes were aired on BBC One. The first series was narrated by David Morrissey and since the second series by Mark Strong. The first series was nominated for "Best Factual Series or Strand" in the 2005 BAFTAs.
The last ten minutes of episodes from the first series featured presenter Adrian Chiles and genealogical researcher Nick Barratt giving tips on tracing your family tree.
