Hi. I oppose the full protection of [[Msnbc.com]]. The "vandalism" that the two users were reverting wasn't vandalism. It was a good faith edit by a new user for which MOS style complaints (mentioned on the [[User talk:Knasielski|user's talk page]]) aren't a valid reason for editing and "getting an article good before posting" (paraphrase of comment on talk page as well) isn't anything like Wikipedia. While I agree the article needed work, references, and MOS and other improvements, the "edit war" could have been much better resolved by the "experienced" users talking to the user on the talk page or on their user page rather than protection and reverting with little (and harsh) comments. I left a note on [http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/User_talk:JHMM13#WP:BITE one of the two's talk page] about WP:BITE. Could you please unprotect the page (I realize it's only a day, but I don't think it should have been done at all) and restore the article that was there? Thank you for your time. Nazi edit/language talk with AlisonSorry but I dont understand what I did wrong. I was just asking a few questions and everything was fine. Why are you so concerned and mad now? Theres no rule that says I cant ask questions or talk to people. I wasnt even talking to you so im a bit confused why you are intervening. Hello PhaedrielHi, My name is Uri, I work for iMedix.com. I tried to generate a value for iMedix.com at wikipedia the other day. And today I see that for some reason you have deleted my article. :( All I ask of you is if you can, please explain the cause of your deletion and I was wondering what do I need to do to have an iMedix Value at wikipedia. Thanks in advance, Uri !Oh my! Thank you so much, Phaedriel! Unfortunately we did not have much interaction before you took your break (and had your beautiful daughter!) but I have heard so many lovely things about you from Kyoko and Riana, and I see you around Spring's talkpage all the time. I would be honoured if in the future I could get to know you better; I can't think of a nicer, kinder person out there :) Give your daughter a hug and kiss on the cheek for me, and I'm sending a hug to you too! Thank you again, you certainly cheered up my day ^_^ — Editor at Large(speak) 15:50, 21 May 2007 (UTC)

A word about the image for today's Wikipedian: You can never have too much Bougeareau ;) — $PЯINGrαgђ 17:22, 24 May 2007 (UTC) :)Dear Sharon, I can't express to you in words how delighted I was to receive your sweet gift, and how thankful I am now for your warm and kind words of friendship. Let me give you and your lovely daughter my heart of love. Thank you so much for making my day a blissful sunny day :) Take good care, PeaceNT 18:51, 24 May 2007 (UTC) A Penny for your ThoughtsHello again Phaedriel, hope you are doing well. I would like to request your opinion on a quick, simple matter. On Wikipedia:WikiProject Council/Proposals I put up a discussion about making a Wikiproject Capitals. I've had some comments suggesting a taskforce of Wikiproject Cities. However, I want some more comments from skilled Wikipedians to decide upon a Wikiproject, Task Force or just nothing. Cheers! •Felix• T 14:43, 24 May 2007 (UTC)

Help!I'd like you to please see this. I'm not exactly sure what this guy's issue is, and I most likely didn't respond to it properly, but I think this could use the help of a loving person to set this straight. I'm not going to lie when I say that this person didn't give me the warm fuzzies when I first encountered them, then they leave me a weird message like this. What to do? SmileCatchupHey ;-) fairly-long-time (things move quickly on the Wiki Feuilleton about Los Soneros del BarrioDear Phaedriel. Thank you for one more kind reply to this poor Swede. I may seem folish of me to discuss this d*mned article so much instead of just getting on with it. :-) I. e. writing it foolproof with a few references. So let me just explain my strange behaviour. The article in itself means little to me. I'm more interested in whether it would be worth it submitting new articles in general to Wikipedia (I'd be interested in writing about salsa bands but also other things of course). And if the rules are too blurred and/or the application of them would be to capriscious, then I know that I won't be interested in doing it. So I have simply been trying to figure out one or two things here... Anyway, in this case, I was earlier looking forward towards a response from you to the following statement that I made (maybe I should have put it more clearly as a question): "But: I note that the band leader Frankie Vázquez has played with Spanish Harlem Orchestra which already is on Wikipedia. That would perhaps fulfill criteria no. 6 in notability. If it's enough that I simply write a sentence about that, [then] I could re-submit the article." (I still think that another system eg. where a number of article topics were cleared (pre-approved) by someone with knowledge of the field in question would be preferable (more efficient, if you really want the articles to be written for Wikipedia, even by occasional volunteers) to the present order, but that's another issue.) Cmlewan 23:54, 24 May 2007 (UTC) a smile for youHello, Phaedriel! You have been given this message in recognition of all you have done for Wikipedia, and also just for being you. Wikipedia's greatest strength is its contributors, and you are a valued and important part of that. I hope that this message has brightened your day, and that it encourages you to spread the WikiLove. Thanks again for your contributions, and have a good day!
Thank youForza?Only ish familiar, I'm afraid, not very much so. Truth be told, I'm not the world's biggest Verdi fan, though reading the Grove article the thing looks rather interesting. I'll email that to you if you like. Are you after a recommended recording? Maybe have a chat with Kleinzach or GT or Folantin? Apologies for not being much help :( Cheers, Moreschi Talk 10:50, 25 May 2007 (UTC)
My page!Phaedriel, I will never be able to thank you enough for my new user page! Hooray! I woke up this morning, turn on my computer checked my talk page kind of groggy, went to get my breakfast and halfway through my breakfast I thought, "Did my talk page have a new header?" So, being my desk also doubles as my dining room table i checked it out! It is better than I could have imagined. Thank you for your hard work. I would give you an awary but you already have plenty! Thank you again and again! -- Chrislk02 (Chris Kreider) 12:50, 25 May 2007 (UTC) My userpageThanks for reverting vandalism to my userpage, much appreciated!--NeoNerd 13:12, 25 May 2007 (UTC) Thanks ...... for looking out for me! Super job on the userpage) Message. It seems other people seem to tell you about their E-mails, so I thought I'd do the same with this one. It's quite amusing (but still to do with Wikipedia). Acalamari 17:25, 25 May 2007 (UTC) Hey PhaedrielHello again, I'm still thinking about whether to leave, but the ArbCom has not make the decision on the cases, which will determine if I still have faith on Wikipedia's fairness. So I'm waiting. Here is an award for you. However, I gave an jest award for User:Jayjg, but he angrily removed it and said I was harassing him, can you take a look, thanks! A Wikipedia QuestionHey, I have noticed in the past couple days in a row, that on history pages and my watchlist, I will see a "Due to high database server lag, changes newer than 30 seconds may not be shown in this list" tag. This is new and I was wondering if it was something that happens during the summer months or if perhaps Wikipedia might have finally outgrew it's server. Just wondering. Take Care....NeutralHomer T:C 22:55, 25 May 2007 (UTC)
Why was the picture deleted?Hello Sharon K., I followed the instructions very carefully while adding the picture to the "Sadiq Ali" article. Please let me know why you deleted it. Please email me at onestopx@shaw.ca if you want confirmation that it's a genuine picture and that there are no copyright issues. Thankyou and have a great day.--Kangan 00:26, 26 May 2007 (UTC)
Thanks for the day!Hey Phaedriel! Thank you very much for the day! Sceptre informed me of this neat honor. I'm not even sure what I can say, Phaedriel, except thank you. I'm pretty sure I'm not like the wise person described in the poem, but it's quite nice that you would say so. The little Asian girl looks just like me! ;) (Well, ok, not so much. But she's adorable). Again, thank you very much for your kindness. Best wishes and happy editing, Firsfron of Ronchester 03:05, 26 May 2007 (UTC)

Wikipedia is not a soapbox. Statements like "It is having a Christian missionary tell you it is wrong to believe in more than one Divine Being, then listen to him tell you about God, Jesus Christ, the Holy Ghost, the Virgin Mary, St. Joseph, St. Patrick, St. Christopher, St. Francis, etc." and "It is feeling the stares of all the whites in any public place you walk into." are inappropriate.
