I have made a few changes to the Anticlericalism and Freemasonry article... let me know what you think. Blueboar (talk) 17:06, 9 April 2010 (UTC)
- Most certainly better but it's hard to fix an article that exists solely to imply that Freemasonry was specifically designed as opposition to Catholicism. PeRshGo (talk) 17:44, 9 April 2010 (UTC)
Wrong image?
Per the discussion at Talk:Scottish Rite, it seems that the logo you uploaded might be incorrect. I have no idea myself, but I figured I'd pass it on so you could see if there's problem and address it if needed. MSJapan (talk) 04:31, 3 May 2010 (UTC)
- He is right about the logo. I have since replaced it with the original version I was looking for in the first place. Though I have to say I hate doing anything to satisfy this guy. He would much rather spend his time complaining than doing anything constructive. PeRshGo (talk) 06:44, 3 May 2010 (UTC)
Royal Arch Masonry
The reason the article is worded to be "US-centric" like that is because there's a separate article on the Holy Royal Arch as worked in England and other places. I know there are some significant differences in titles and working between the two. Moreover, everything I've read says that the YR bodies as worked and organized in the US are particular to the US, and that most other countries/jurisdictions work the English HRA instead. AFAIK, then, the statement is accurate as it was, though if there's something that says otherwise, it can certainly be changed. MSJapan (talk) 08:01, 3 May 2010 (UTC)
- From what I've read it appears that most countries organize Royal Arch Masonry into the York Rite. The question then becomes if a country calls says their Royal Arch branch a part of the York Rite is it run similar to the way it is in the US, or could they still be running it the HRA way? I don't know for sure or really where to find out. Most websites regarding RAM don't list their degrees so it's hard to say. I know personally that Canada leans toward the US, and the Philippines runs things the US way but as for the rest all I can do is assume. PeRshGo (talk) 08:20, 3 May 2010 (UTC)

I think I have a reference for this, as I heard it mentioned and looked it up. Leave it out until I can provide the ref, though, as I'm not sure I still have the book. MSJapan (talk) 17:57, 16 May 2010 (UTC)

I understand why you moved the list of masonic buildings to Masonic Temple (although not all those buildings are temples)... however, that does not address the more fundamental issues... what makes them notable? I don't think merely being old and listed on the NRHP is enough. They need to be notable in Masonic terms. Blueboar (talk) 12:51, 8 June 2010 (UTC)
- And as I suspected would happen, Doncram has undone the merger. Blueboar (talk) 16:18, 8 June 2010 (UTC)
- Yes, certainly. The article List of Masonic buildings is an active article, under discussion, and it was too BOLD a step not to be reverted. I have tried to revert the several BOLD major moves/redirects to restore the structure of articles and dab pages and categories. Please discuss the current/recent structure, which I have restated, and what might be any alternative proposed structure, at Talk:Masonic temple (disambiguation)#Requested move 2. If you're not familiar with it, please see wikipedia guideline wp:BRD about the Bold-Revert-Discuss process. It's okay you made Bold attempts to resolve a lot, and then also okay i hope that I Reverted those. Now, please do let's Discuss, without edit warring. --doncram (talk) 16:33, 8 June 2010 (UTC)
Good edit
Good edit. Mine was an improvement over what was there but I like yours much better than mine. We should not let others set the ground rules of the discussion, especially when they are not based on either truth or NPOV. kcylsnavS{screechharrass} 21:32, 9 June 2010 (UTC)
AfD notice
Just so you know... I have decided to take the bull by the horns and nominate List of Masonic buildings for deletion. Blueboar (talk) 13:06, 13 June 2010 (UTC)
- Creating yet another version of the list (at List of Masonic Temples) was NOT helpful. Please stop... we need to determine whether we should even have a list before we figure out where it should go. Blueboar (talk) 14:34, 14 June 2010 (UTC)
Your contributed article, List of Masonic Temples
Hello, I notice that you recently created a new page, List of Masonic Temples. First, thank you for your contribution; Wikipedia relies solely on the efforts of volunteers such as yourself. Unfortunately, the page you created covers a topic on which we already have a page - List of Masonic buildings. Because of the duplication, your article has been tagged for speedy deletion. Please note that this is not a comment on you personally and we hope you will to continue helping improve Wikipedia. If the topic of the article you created is one that interests you, then perhaps you would like to help out at List of Masonic buildings - you might like to discuss new information at the article's talk page.
If you think that the article you created should remain separate, you may contest the deletion by adding {{hangon}}
to the top of the page that has been nominated for deletion (just below the existing speedy deletion or "db" tag - if no such tag exists then the page is no longer a speedy delete candidate and adding a hangon tag is unnecessary), coupled with adding a note on the talk page explaining your position, but be aware that once tagged for speedy deletion, if the page meets the criterion, it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag yourself, but don't hesitate to add information to the page that would render it more in conformance with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. Lastly, please note that if the page does get deleted, you can contact one of these admins to request that they userfy the page or have a copy emailed to you. Additionally if you would like to have someone review articles you create before they go live so they are not nominated for deletion shortly after you post them, allow me to suggest the article creation process and using our search feature to find related information we already have in the encyclopedia. Try not to be discouraged. Wikipedia looks forward to your future contributions. SnottyWong talk 19:17, 14 June 2010 (UTC)

Saiyan article concerns
It does seem that the small group in the Anime manga wikiproject did just go and discuss among themselves something, without any input from those who have contributed to the Saiyan article, or any mention on the Dragonball Wikiproject. And of course this little group always agrees with each other, and then tries to eliminate articles they don't think should be exist. I agree with your point about someone who doesn't read or know anything about the series, shouldn't be commenting on whether or not the Saiyans are important enough to have an article or not, since they don't know anything about how important it is to the series. Anyway, don't get discouraged. All major contributors to the article over its long history of existence, should receive notification of the AFD discussion, and I also asked for input on the DragonBall Wikiproject. In addition I have asked for help from the Rescue squadron, tagging the article for rescue, they good at finding references for things. There should be at least one fan out there who has an anime encyclopedia listing the importance of the race, or a magazine where the Dragonball creator answered questions about them.
