== Blanking talk pages and/or removing comments == |
|||
Hi, I noticed that you blanked your talk page on 07:53, 10 March 2007 and when I restored the deleted comments you removed them again with the edit description "i will remove comments at my discretion" and added the confident assertion "As this is my personal talk page, I may remove comments at my discretion." in the talk page body. |
|||
Please don't blank your talk page or remove comments simply because you don't like the opinion, it can be considered as vandalism. Understand that even though this talk page has been assigned to your username still it is not yours. Please see WP:NOT#USER. |
|||
Some of the comments you deleted contain important elements that could be used in the future to unmask your personal agenda and disqualify you from editing some articles. Like the following excerpt from a comment by A Ramachandran under the subheading Conflict of interest: |
|||
:"I noted in one of his edit comments that he believes you are a teacher in Yogiraj Gurunath Siddhanath's organization. Is this correct? If so, please read Wikipedia's policy on conflict of interest. In particular, the first principle, "avoid editing articles related to your organization or its competitors". |

== Your recent checkuser request == |

You recently compiled and listed a case at request for checkuser. A checkuser or clerk has asked that you list the code letter which matches with the violations of policy, which is listed at the top of the request for checkuser page. This has been implemented to reduce difficulties for checkusers, and is essential for your case to be processed in a timely manner. == Answering your question left at my Talk Page about your recent deceptive edit of the Kriya Yoga article == |
|||
Hi there, your edit was deceptive because instead of restoring the article to how it was before it has been vandalized you reverted it to an older edit by Kkrystian (17:30, 5 March 2007), which contains your Kriya Yoga (disambiguation) nonsense. Following your lead I reverted it to the latest version by Kkrystian (09:40, 10 March 2007). |
|||
Your agenda is crystal clear, you are in Wikipedia to promote your cult and its leader Yogiraj Gurunath Siddhanath and have him recognized as an authentic guru and a valid source of Kriya Yoga, which he is not because he has no real lineage. Actually, this page lists you as an ordained teacher of the cult, and that should be enough to disqualify you from editing the article Yogiraj Gurunath Siddhanath because commonsense dictates that as a faithful sheep of that person it would be impossible for you to edit the article about him NPOV. And not only Yogiraj Gurunath Siddhanath but every article that relates to your cult's claim of authority like Kriya Yoga, Mahavatar Babaji, guru, etc. because you are only bound to repeatedly spam and vandalize them with your unacceptable insertions of Yogiraj Gurunath Siddhanath's name. |
|||
I won't be surprised if you were the one who vandalized the Kriya Yoga article, using another username or a fellow cult member situated in a different location, so that you can, in the guise of protecting the article, deceptively revert it to an older version that contains your Kriya Yoga (disambiguation) nonsense (now transformed into a more fitting redirect) that links AGAIN to Yogiraj Gurunath Siddhanath thereby serving your personal interest. - Watchtower Sentinel 09:32, 15 March 2007 (UTC) |

==Conflict of interest== |
|||
Hi. I stumbled onto the Yogiraj Gurunath Siddhanath article due to the fact that I was keeping an eye on Terminator III after he did some edit warring over delete tags on an article. I noted in one of his edit comments that he believes you are a teacher in Yogiraj Gurunath Siddhanath's organization. Is this correct? If so, please read Wikipedia's policy on conflict of interest. In particular, the first principle, "avoid editing articles related to your organization or its competitors". Thanks. :Well, are there any third party sources which have any depth of information at all? If not, the article can really never be more than a stub. Basic facts about birth, organization, etc. The problem being that anything beyond this would have to be qualified with a lot of "subject claims this", "subject says this", "subject wrote such-and-such". These sorts of articles really don't come off very well, especially if any of the claims are in doubt. The article remains open for refutation of the claims, etc. Sometimes it is better not even to create an article if there are no sources, or to simply nominate it for deletion to prevent continual vandalism. Now, if there are significant third party sources, then one simply cites all the information to them and then requires citation for any new information as it is added. Do independent sources exist? Has someone else written a biography? Or has the subject been included in a book covering multiple gurus or movements? Has he been or is he likely to be covered in a negative book on such topics? Are there newpaper articles which are not simply derived from press releases? These are all things to consider when putting your guru on Wikipedia. A Ramachandran 00:25, 17 January 2007 (UTC) |

your checkuser case
You recently compiled and listed a case at request for checkuser. A checkuser or clerk has asked that you list the code letter which matches with the violations of policy, which is listed at the top of the request for checkuser page. This has been implemented to reduce difficulties for checkusers, and is essential for your case to be processed in a timely manner. A link to your recently-created case which has this information missing is here. Thanks for your co-operation. -- lucasbfr talk 14:44, 15 March 2007 (UTC), checkuser clerk.
Hi! Could you please supply citations and references for the section "Kriya Yoga lineages"? Why isn't Yogoda Satsanga Society of India listed? Krystian 11:52, 17 March 2007 (UTC)
I don't understand what's written about the points of Kriya at http://www.yoganiketan.net/main.htm. And at http://www.kriya.org there is a list of teachers of Kriya Yoga. By reading the Wikipedia article it turns out as if there were more teachers than listed. Krystian 18:18, 17 March 2007 (UTC)
Could You please explain the five stages of Kriya Yoga practice to me? Is it the truth that at present there are some paths that are called Kriya but are not the same Kriya Yoga taught by Babaji and Lahiri Mahasaya? Is it the truth that some of the Kriya Yoga lineages that trace their source to Lahiri teach a changed form of Kriya Yoga? Krystian 20:28, 17 March 2007 (UTC)
Hamsacharya_duh (talk · contribs · deleted contribs · page moves · block user · block log)
This user was blocked mostly due to the username policy, as the name of the account was too similar to yours. Considering that the first edit of this user was to throw him/herself into the middle of a dispute that involves you, I only used Occam's razor and went to the most logical conclusion: that this is an impersonator account. That's all I did regarding the block. I don't know the details of the dispute. Hope this helps. —210physicq (c) 22:13, 17 March 2007 (UTC)
Well, if the checkuser request confirms that it was a sockpuppet, I will revert the redirect. The page wasn't deleted, so I don't see the issue here, except with the user. I haven't dealt with that user before, so I see no reason not to assume good faith at the moment. --Coredesat 06:49, 18 March 2007 (UTC)
- Sounds good. I'm mostly going on 1. his nonexistant edit history, 2. except as related to me, 3. his similar language (i.e. calling me a cultist (which nobody else has ever done on or off wikipedia, etc, and 4. his familiarity with wikipedia policy and procedure despite being supposedly a neophyte. --Hamsacharya dan 07:16, 18 March 2007 (UTC)
Thanks for explaining it to me! Could you please still explain what the five steps of Kriya Yoga are? And I've still got one more question - do you think that http://educate-yourself.org/mbc/kriyayogaataglance20aug92.shtml is a reliable source about Kriya Yoga? Krystian 08:10, 18 March 2007 (UTC)
I know it's impossible to learn Kriya Yoga online or from a book. I would like to learn Kriya Yoga and that's why I hope I'll meet a good teacher of Kriya Yoga one day. I wish you succesful Kriya Yoga practice Krystian 19:53, 20 March 2007 (UTC)
