"The Big Bang"[8] will be the thirteenth and final episode in the fifth series of British science fiction television series Doctor Who. It was written by Steven Moffat, the head writer and executive producer of the series.
Summary
The Doctor is trapped, the TARDIS destroyed, and the end of the universe is approaching. A little girl is reality's only hope.
DVD release
A Region 2 DVD[9] and Blu-ray[10] containing this episode together with "Vincent and the Doctor", "The Lodger" and "The Pandorica Opens" is due to be released on 6 September 2010.
