The 2015 Lincoln, Nebraska mayoral election will be held on May 5, 2015, being preceded by an April 9 primary. where the top two vote-getters, regardless of party affiliation, advance to the general election. This determine the mayor of Lincoln, Nebraska. The election will be officially nonpartisan.[1]

Incumbent Democratic mayor Chris Beutler is running for re-election for a Third term in the 2015 municipal election.[2] After defeating Republican Tammy Buffington by 29.67% in 2011 Lincoln, Nebraska mayoral election.[3]
