Dr. Mallika also believes in service to the community, she started an NGO Chetna which emphasizes on social integration of differently abled children through sports. This community based programme was started in 10 panchayats of Bilaspur district, but soon has spanned over 150 panchayats. Chetna undertakes any awareness programmes. Dr. Mallika has received Rajiv Gandhi Manav Sewa Award, 2010 for her contribution in this field. |
