I doubt that the person is notable. Awards don't seem to be notable, no important publications. Think it should be reviewed by someone with the medical background. Bbarmadillo (talk) 22:04, 13 January 2018 (UTC)
- Delete:some coverage about him, but more in the style of a rag-to-riches human interest story. Nothing to indicate he is a notable Doctor. I don't think the awards are notable themseleves so I don't think they amount to much. Mattg82 (talk) 23:16, 13 January 2018 (UTC)
