Seems completely promotional in nature. Also, nothing to support any sort of notability. Boomer VialBe ready to fight the horde! • Contribs 13:24, 30 January 2018 (UTC)
- I am a member of the Pretoria community, and I see nothing promotional about this article. What I do see is simply one more faculty attempting to outline what it is doing on the University of Pretoria campus, like all the other UP faculties which have created similar articles. There are no photos, no hook lines, and no sales pitches. If anything, this article is light on information, and if a reader is to really get a sense of what is happening in Theology and Religion at UP, more content should be made available. As for notability, the article clearly states that the faculty turned 100 years old in 2017, which is a legacy worth noting. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 137.215.99.34 (talk • contribs) 05:51, 31 January 2018 (UTC)

- Delete and Redirect to University of Pretoria. Not notable - turning 100 certainly doesn't confer notability. It's not even among the most notable of UP's faculties. The article is sourced entirely by the faculty's own web pages - except from one page from UMich which makes no mention of UP. The list of external wikilinks to irrelevant wikipages is particularly jarring. The only possible nugget of interest is the association of the faculty to various churches - but which university these days doesn't arrange some kind of membership or accreditation for its graduates in the relevant professional bodies. I'm particularly unimpressed by the authors bad faith attempt to conceal the prior article at University of Pretoria Faculty of Theology by recreating it at Theology and Religion, while still referring it as FoT within the article. If this is the level of paid editing I hope for their client's sake that they give refunds. Cabayi (talk) 14:54, 2 February 2018 (UTC)
