- Keep. Somewhat famous event that has inspired case studies [1][2] and is referenced in reliable sources with regards to stock prices and branding eg [3]. The event is famous on its own and would not necessarily be appropriate for merge into any Philip Morris-related page. There's already a citation that has SIGCOV. Event is famous enough to demonstrate WP:PERSISTENCE. Seems like a perfect invocation of WP:NOTPAPER. —siroχo 09:44, 21 June 2023 (UTC)
