The topic for the list is artificial and the inclusion criterion is too much subject to interpretation and vulnerable to POV slanting. The list overwhelmingly relies on a single source, a quotation page [1] of an advocacy group Population Matters. The quotes listed there themselves have questionable provenance (they don't indicate where and when a particular individual made the statement in question), and in many cases appear to be cherrypicked. A much more narrow list of actual activists/people who have championed the cause of controlling the world population growth might be useful. The current list of people who ever said something somewhere that might be interpreted as a worry about the world population problem is a POV vehicle and should be deleted. The page's history log shows that a PROD was declined in May 2020. Nsk92 (talk) 17:41, 21 April 2021 (UTC)

- Delete: WTH. Next time please speedy delete, just WP:COMMONSENSE (also WP:Wikipedia is not an indiscriminate collection of information). Sungodtemple a tcg fan!!1!11!! (talk) 18:01, 21 April 2021 (UTC)
- Delete. Aside from the glaring omission of Thanos, the list provides no indication of degree or significance to the opining subject, meaning that it could include everyone in the world who has ever made a passing comment on some kind of overpopulation problem. BD2412 T 18:19, 21 April 2021 (UTC)
- Delete. references are questionable Tec Tom (talk) 18:23, 21 April 2021 (UTC)
- Delete As above, along with WP:COATRACK...essentially a page promoting a website. --Goldsztajn (talk) 20:21, 21 April 2021 (UTC)
- Delete per above. AdoTang (talk) 20:34, 21 April 2021 (UTC)
- Delete as utterly irrelevant and not encyclopedic. If specific individuals are on this list who are notable and whose statements on overpopulation are notable, we could consider adding some mention either to the person's article or to the page on Human Overpopulation. Hyperion35 (talk) 22:15, 21 April 2021 (UTC)
- Delete per nom and WP:NOTDIR. This is like a Wikiquote page (which itself should belong to our sister project, not to Wikipedia itself), but with the actual quotations omitted. --Metropolitan90 (talk) 22:28, 21 April 2021 (UTC)
- Delete Essentially the list equivalent of WP:OPINIONCAT. People who are actually notable for this view should be mentioned in their articles and Human overpopulation. –LaundryPizza03 (dc̄) 04:01, 22 April 2021 (UTC)
- Delete; this page feels less like it was created to inform the reader and more like it was created so that somebody could win an argument on the Internet. References are questionable, and the POV of the article is concerning to say the least. jp×g 04:44, 23 April 2021 (UTC)
