No assertion of adequate notability. Not enough coverage in independent, reliable sources to verify or sustian article. Fails general notability guidelines, and WP:ENT. There is one "local interest" piece on him and a couple of passing mentions of doing well in school in the same paper. The subject is a Uni student who has done a bit of stand-up. While this is laudable it is not a credible claim of significance and the coverage is not nearly significant enough to be considered notable by Wikipedia standards.
