Caps misunderstanding
There seems to be a misunderstanding on Sturmvogel 66's side. He's capitalizing "8 Water-tube boilers" and "4 Shafts", because they're not the "first words".
I'd like to see the guideline or style guide that prescribes that.
Additionally, he does not apply that consistently in the article. For instance, "1600 officers and crewmen" seems to be ok.
