Thank you for separating atheism (= usually metaphysical naturalism) from agnosticism (= usually ambivalence) and irreligion (= uncategorized disbelief)
The title is wrong though. Religion isn't the utmost hypernym of both itself and the nontheistic spectrum. The correct hypernym is metaphysical worldview. According to human rights all humans are equals, thus using the correct hypernyms is of core importance.
