Español: Ejemplares fósiles de Eccaparadoxides mediterraneus de los yacimientos cámbricos de Murero (Zaragoza, España). Muestra MPZ 3004, depositada en el Museo Ciencias Naturales Universidad Zaragoza. Son conocidos como «Los amantes de Murero» por mostrar dimorfismo sexual (en su día el caso más antiguo conocido). Molde interno (arriba) y molde externo (abajo), algo alargados por deformación tectónica (ver: Dies Álvarez, et al., 2010, pág. 102).
English: Fossil specimens of Eccaparadoxides mediterraneus from the Murero Cambrian fossil sites (Zaragoza, Spain). Sample MPZ 3004, deposited at the Natural Science Museum of the University of Zaragoza. They are known as "Murero lovers" for showing sexual dimorphism (once the oldest known case). Internal mold (top) and external mold (below), somewhat elongated by tectonic deformation (see: Dies Alvarez, et al., 2010, p. 102).
