Copyright investigations (manual article tagging)
- Officers' Club (Bangladesh) (history · last edit · rewrite) from http://officersclubdhaka.com/?page_id=148. TomStar81 (Talk) 09:58, 28 November 2015 (UTC)
- Comment Using Google to search for "provided funds to construct an auditorium, covered badminton complex" before 20 February 2007, produced a hit on http://officersclubdhaka.com/?page_id=148 dated 24 December 2006, which predates the Wikipedia article and led me to believe they had it first. Looking at the user's other contributions around this time, I immediately found an unambiguous copyright violation, paragraphs copied verbatim from Banglapedia's Chawk Mosque article into our Chawk Mosque, which lends further weight to the suspicion that Officers' Club (Bangladesh) is a copyright violation. - I had my suspicions, but my go-to source in cases like this is the internet archive and for once they had no copy of the page in question. Based on your comment though I'm starting to think that this is not going to be a case of we had it first. TomStar81 (Talk) 11:31, 28 November 2015 (UTC)
- Copyright concerns remain. Article deleted or tagged for speedy deletion. TomStar81, Worldbruce, I believe there's no reasonable doubt about this, based on the blog post from 2006. Justlettersandnumbers (talk) 15:09, 22 January 2016 (UTC)

- ALO Street Art (history · last edit · rewrite) from http://pureevilgallery.virb.com/alo. This is being listed here administratively, as there is apparently an ORTS ticket in the works for the article (or so the talk page claims). Until that come through, though, this remains a copyright violation. TomStar81 (Talk) 11:31, 28 November 2015 (UTC)

- Psychonaut, I'm not managing to access that page, either directly or via archive.org. Can you provide a different link? Justlettersandnumbers (talk) 14:46, 22 January 2016 (UTC)
