Please familiarize yourself with how Wikipedia categories work, because when I corrected a categorization error a couple of days ago you went and reapplied the same error a second time.
If a person is already in Category:Chinese artists, then they do not also go directly into Category:Artists alongside that. If they're already in Category:Chinese philosophers, then they do not also go directly into Category:Philosophers at the same time. If they're already in Category:Chinese sociologists, then they do not also go directly into Category:Sociologists. And on and so forth: the rule is that a person goes only into the most specific appropriate categories, and they do not get double-categorized in parent categories climbing up the same tree. The only time a person should ever be in the generic "Artists", "Philosophers" or "Sociologists" categories at all is if there are no subcategories for their country or occupational specialty at all — if appropriate subcategories do exist, then the person goes only in the subcategories, and not in the parent category.
